Donnie Zachary, 55, of Madisonville passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009.  Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Day Funeral Home Chapel.  Bro. Lanier Stevens will officiate.  Burial will follow in Mount Tabor Cemetery.  The family will receive visitors from 5-7 PM Friday at Day Funeral Home Chapel. 

Donnie was born August 28, 1954 in Houston, Texas to Miles Hayden and Katherine (Collier) Zachary.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Billy Jack Zachary. 

Survivors include his sister, Carolyn Thompson; brothers, Monty Zachary and Lonnie Zachary and wife, April; nephew, Marcus Thompson and wife, Wendy; niece, Conner Zachary; great-nieces, Taylor Marie Thompson and Zoe Katherine Zachary; and great-nephew, Trevor Peyton Thompson.

What I know of Donnie is that he was a fun loving and caring person. No doubt he is up in Heaven listening to Classic Rock and doing all the fishing he wants. We'll see you again someday, Donnie. You were a good friend to me and many others. I'll miss you....My heart goes out to the family. I'm truly sorry for your loss and share your sadness.
