The visitation is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2009 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM prior to the funeral. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Day Funeral Home Chapel in Madisonville. Rev. Lon McVeigh will officiate. Burial will follow in The George Cemetery in Normangee. Ruth was born January 31, 1929 in Moscow, Texas to Ola and Arthur Thomas “Jack” Vestal. Her greatest pleasures in life were being with her family and friends, ministering at nursing home and hospitals and just Praising the Lord. She was a member of Lindell Assembly of God in Houston. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Henry Adolph Sanitz. Survivors include her sons, Dean Henry Sanitz of Madisonville and Merlin Gene Sanitz and wife, Terry of Huffman; grandchildren, Jason Lee Sanitz of Bryan, Jennifer Weedon and husband Bear of Normangee, Jessica Marie Sanitz of Normangee; Doris Jean, the mother of Jason, Jennifer, and Jessica; Merlin Gene Sanitz, Jr. and wife Kara of Austin, Eric Woodruff French and wife Katy of Youngsville, Amanda Jean Sanitz of Huffman, and Elizabeth Ruth Sanitz of Huffman; great-grandchildren, Courtney Renee Winslow, Hannah Dannette Weedon, Tyler Douglas Weedon, Gavyn French, Ashtyn French, and Payton Hawks; sister, Jo Kominczak; and brother, Coy Vestal.
