Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 PM Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Cross Freewill Church. Rev. Jerald Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in the Cross Cemetery. Myrtle (Corley) Denman was born April 29, 1913 to Thomas Lee and Linnie Mae (Cox) Corley in Madison County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Denman and her parents. Survivors include her children, Milton Denman and wife, Winkie of Crosby, Jackie Bauguss and husband, Lynn of Sealy, Kenneth Denman and wife, Darlene of Brenham, Linda Schroeder and husband, Mike of Pattison and Sandy Denman of Houston; grandchildren, Mike Denman, Keith Denman, Roma Templet, Rhonda Perry, Kenny Denman, Amber Finley, Heather Roehling, Ashley Denman, Mike Schroder, Jr., Lori Baber and Jeff Bauguss; 21 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Myrtle Whitten. Pallbearers are Mike Denman, Keith Denman, Kenny Denman, Mike Schroeder, Jr., Jeff Bauguss and John Baber. Honorary pallbearers are Patrick Templet, Donald Roehling and Jay Finley.
