Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at The Midway Church of Christ with Kim Squires officiating. Graveside services will follow at The Midway City Cemetery. Finley was born April 15, 1972 in Buffalo, Texas; completed his GED requirements, and worked for many years as a hair stylist. He was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Herman Vogt and is survived by his father Frank Herman and his wife Cindy of Willis, his mother Anita Goode Herman of Midway, and his nieces Ashley Vogt and Laurie Vogt of Madisonville. He is also survived by his close friends Brandon and Dawn Walker, Jason and Melissa Lang, Billy and Debbie Stone, Joe and Kyra Elliott, Tony and Shanda Burke, and Kathy Williams. Active Pallbearers are Doug Carroll, Jason Lang, Brandon Walker, Tony Burke, Danny Alexander, and Mike Graff. Honorary Pallbearers are Anthony Culp and Roy Pulley.
