 Juan Martinez, 44, of Houston passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Day Funeral Home Chapel. Father Lowry will officiate. Burial will follow in Joyze Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM Monday, November 21, 2011 at Day Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary at 7PM. Juan was born May 17, 1966 in Veracruz, Mexico to Juan Antonio and Maria (Catarina) Martinez. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his wife, Hermelinda (Melendez) Martinez; children, Jesus Juan Martinez, Krystal Maria Martinez and Erika Eliza Martinez; father, Juan Martinez; father and mother-in-law, Sixto and Maria Melendez; sister-in-law, Sylvia Rodriguez and husband, Jose; brother-in-law, Sixto Melendez, Jr. and wife, Lourdes; as well as brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
