Dorothy Mabry went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2011.  She was born in Fresno, CA but lived most of her life in Leona, Midway, and Madisonville. She lived her life surrounded by family and friends and will be greatly missed. Dorothy never hesitated to make new friends, and visitors were always greeted with questions like "have you eaten dinner yet?" or "are you hungry?" followed by her bringing plates of food to the table no matter what the answer.

Dorothy was born on August 16, 1921 to Marvin and Emma "Mayo" Stapp. She married Oliver Mabry on August 17, 1939 and they were married for over 50 years until his death in 1986. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Donnie Way. She is survived by her daughters, Deloris Morris of Lapuente, CA and Velma Marie Moncada and her friend Gary Jackson of Hunstville, Tx; 5 grandchildren, Oletha Wells, John Morris, Nova Morris, Tiffany Wheeler, and Trey Wheeler, 5 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers are: Trey Wheeler, Jim Wheeler, Gary Jackson, Rickey Nance, Sr., Rickey Nance, Jr., and Adam Diaz.
