Paula Elayne (McKnight) Reed, 65, formerly of Madisonville, passed away Friday; March 25, 2011 in Centerville. A family memorial service is planned for a later date. Elayne was born June 29, 1945 in Navasota to John Hiram and Audrey Faye Worsham McKnight and was a long-time employee of Carter’s Grocery Store in Madisonville. Survivors include her sons; Craig Reed and wife Susan of College Station and Chris Reed of Austin; four grandchildren; brother; Johnny McKnight and wife Rita of Deer Park; sister; Jo Beth Batson of Madisonville; and numerous other family members and friends.
