Cecil Robert Karr, 81, of Conroe passed away Monday, January 10, 2011 at his home.  A memorial service is scheduled for 12:00 PM Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Day Funeral Home Chapel in Madisonville.  Bro. Troy Brooks will officiate. 

Cecil was born June 20, 1929 in Queens, Texas to Stanley and Bertha (Thomas) Karr.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Johnnie Karr; sister, Geneva Tulley; and brother, Hubert Karr. 

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Ann (Sanchez) Karr; children, Pam Stone and husband, Danny Ray, Robert Karr and wife, Susie, Debbie Rankins and husband, Carroll, Jeff Karr and wife, Sharee, and Kim Deleon; brothers, Jack Karr, Austin Karr, Cleo Karr and Jesse Karr; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
