Lois Emily (Hall) Ferguson, age 92 of Madisonville, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2010 in Madisonville.  Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Sunday, July 25th at Day Funeral Home Chapel in Madisonville.  Bro. Lon McVey will officiate.  Burial will follow at The Madisonville City Cemetery.  A visitation is scheduled for Saturday from 5 – 7 at Day Funeral Home Chapel.
Lois was born March 4, 1918 in Madison County to R.F. and Rhoda Horton Hall.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; and children Willie Ferguson, Rheda White, and Donnie Ferguson.
Survivors include her children; Maxine Grimes of Wylie, Melba Byers of Madisonville, Jo Hillegeist of Marquez, and Paul Ferguson and his wife Doniece of Corsicana; her sister; Rene Rainwater of Dequincy, LA; and numerous  grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Aunt Lois, Uncle Jim, the Ferguson Family in whole, and especially Jo and Denise are part of my childhood memories. Aunt Lois was kind, giving, loving, and funny. As an often visitor, I felt the love and respect within this family. My heart goes out to each of you for your loss. She loved you all so very much.
