H.B. “Buck” Hall, 85, of Madisonville passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Baytown.  Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Friday, July 2, 2010 at Day Funeral Home Chapel.  Glen Connor will officiate.  Burial will follow in Allphin Cemetery.  The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Day Funeral Home Chapel.

  

H.B. “Buck” Hall was born January 29, 1925 in Madisonville to R.F. and Rhoda (Horton) Hall.  Buck was the youngest of 11 children.  He was a long time employee of Brown and Root in Houston.  Buck was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary “Ann” (Cothran) Hall; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

 

Survivors include his children, Herbert and Becky Hall of Richmond, TX, Bob and Anita Snell of Hot Springs Village, AK and Susan and Keith Hogan of Dayton, TX; sisters, Lois Ferguson and Rene Rainwater; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Kandace and I only knew Buck through a grandaughter Tammy Yarter. Her conversations about her grand paw have brought him to life for us, so we are saddened in the loss to his family. God's Love is comforting.

Kandace and I only knew Buck through a grandaughter, Tammy Yarter. Her conversations about her Grand Paw brought him to life for us so we are saddened for the family in his loss but celebrate his promise of eternity with Christ. God's Love is comforting.
