Maudie Hutchins, known to all as “Maw”, 69, of Normangee passed away March 6, 2010 in North Zulch. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 10th at The Gospel Truth Church in Normangee. Bro. Gary Dawkins will officiate. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Normangee. A visitation is scheduled at The Gospel Truth Church from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 9th. Maw was born June 11, 1940 in Midway to Harve and Lucy Arcola Karber and she worked for Frank Glenn as his cook in his restaurant in Normangee for many years. Survivors include her husband, Tommy Hutchins; her children; Deana, Carlyon, Darleen, Brenda, Sharon, Sandra, Becky, Lawrence, Josh, and Kevin; her sisters, Helen, Faye, Jean, Ola, and Emma; her brother, James; and numerous grand-children, great grand-children, nieces, nephews, and friends.Serving as pallbearers are family members; Blackie Joe, Christopher, Chicken Boy, Kevin, Ron, and Aron.
